DOOR-OPEN Door Open Alarm Low A repetitive alarm tone sounds from the refrigerator that does not stop until the door is closed. View E01 Refrigerator Sensor Fault High Food in the refrigerator compartment feels too warm and the temperature display shows a value well above the set temperature. View E02 Freezer Section Sensor Fault High Items in the built-in freezer drawer or compartment are thawing or feel warmer than expected, while the refrigerator section continues to operate normally — pointing to a sensor fault specific to the freezer zone. View E05 Refrigerator Evaporator Sensor High A layer of frost or ice forms on the inside back wall where the evaporator panel is located. View E06 Refrigerator Evap Sensor Fault Medium A sheet of frost or ice is forming on the inside rear panel where the evaporator coil is located, a sign the defrost cycle is not running correctly due to the missing sensor reading. View E07 Freezer Evap Sensor Fault Medium A thick layer of frost or solid ice is visible on the inside rear wall of the freezer section, indicating the freezer defrost cycle is not running because the evaporator sensor has failed. View E10 Power Module Firmware Failure High The display shows the refrigerator should be cooling but the compressor never engages and the unit gradually warms up. View E11 Display Module Firmware Error Medium The temperature readout, mode indicators, or menu items appear as random characters or odd symbols. View E15 Refrigerator Too Warm High Items inside feel warm to the touch and the temperature display shows several degrees above the setpoint. View E20 Module Communication Failure High The user interface stops updating temperature readings and does not respond to button presses. View EA150 Ice/Water System Comm Error Medium The ice bin remains empty even though the ice maker has been on for many hours. View FILTERCHG Water Filter Replacement Due Low Water comes out more slowly than it used to, indicating the filter is partially clogged with sediment. View LOWPOWER Low Power Supply Medium The compressor starts but stops within seconds, or runs at a noticeably reduced sound level. View
