Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

This Thermador Repair Guide refund policy covers refunds, returns, and cancellations for any service appointments booked through our Thermador appliance repair scheduling system.

Service Appointment Cancellations

Thermador repair appointments scheduled through this site can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip charge from the responding Thermador-certified technician.

Diagnostic Fee Refunds

Diagnostic fees paid to Thermador technicians are non-refundable once the technician has completed an on-site appliance inspection. If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is typically credited toward the total repair cost.

Repair Work Guarantees

Refunds for completed Thermador repair work are governed by the individual technician’s service warranty. Most Thermador-experienced technicians offer a 30 to 90 day labor warranty on completed repairs. Genuine BSH parts carry the manufacturer warranty.

Information Site Refunds

Thermador Repair Guide does not charge for browsing error codes, troubleshooting guides, or other information content. There is nothing to refund for site usage itself.
